International Couscous Festival in Algiers

Couscous, also called 'kuskus' or 'cuscus' in other regions, is a traditional dish in the Maghreb region and Sub-Saharan Africa and is mainly made of steamed grain semolina and is usually served as a basis for stews with vegetables or meat.
