LG CNS, an IT affiliate of LG Corp., launched its own generative AI platform Thursday named Data Analytics & AI Platform Generative AI (DAP GenAI) for its corporate clients.
The platform, according to the company, can be installed on its clients' existing infrastructure to be trained solely based on the clients' database. It is deployed with a number of securities filters to address data leak concerns.
“DAP GenAI only utilizes the corporate's files and data to prevent hallucination which generates false or manipulated information,” the company said.
“The service is optimized for corporate clients who want to develop and run a generative AI service swiftly.”
Its clients can utilize large-language models like OpenAI's ChatGPT or LG's Exaone through the LG CNS platform to do tasks like summarizing and categorizing documents as well as writing a report, without having to worry about data leaks.
The client can use prompts created by LG CNS or create its own to customize the platform to better suit the company's working environment.
