aespa will return with its fourth EP “Drama” on Nov. 10, the girl group’s agency SM Entertainment said Wednesday.
“The album will include six tracks in a variety of genres, including the title track of the same name; it will be well enough to experience aespa’s matured vocals and its musical colors,” the agency said in a press release Wednesday.
It will be aespa’s first Korean album release following the release of its third EP “My World” which dropped in May. The album sold over 1.37 million copies on the first day and 1.69 million in the first week of its release, making it the highest-selling girl group album on the first day and the first week of its release.
aespa dropped an English single “Better Things” on Aug. 18, followed by a collaborated Japanese single “Zoom Zoom,” the theme song for the animation “Beyblade X.”
The girl group recently completed its first world tour “aespa Live Tour 2023 ‘Synk: Hyper Line’,” wrapping up the 21-city tour with a performance in Paris on Sept. 30.
