Jungkook of boy band BTS will hold a showcase next month in Seoul to celebrate the release of his first solo album "Golden," his agency BigHit Music said Monday.
The showcase, titled "Jung Kook 'Golden' Live On Stage," will take place at the Jangchung Arena in Jung District, central Seoul, at 8 p.m. on Nov. 20 in a combined concert and meet and greet.
"Jungkook will perform songs of his first solo album 'Golden,' share behind-the-scenes stories and make it an unforgettable time for the fans," the agency said.
"The event was prepared as a result of Jungkook's wish to communicate more closely with fans and give a performance for the first time in a long time."
Details related to the event will follow soon. The showcase will also be streamed live.
"Golden" is Jungkook's first official album and will drop on Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. There are eleven tracks including two singles he released earlier this year, "Seven" and "3D."
A number of events will follow his album release, BigHit Music said.
