At least four killed in Syrian forces attack on Idlib

According to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), at least four people were killed in a rocket strike reportedly carried by government forces on residential neighborhoods in the center of Idlib city. According to the White Helmets, the Syria Civil Defence organization operating in northwestern Syria, the death toll of attacks targeting opposition-controlled Aleppo countryside and Idlib since 05 October increased to at least 41 people.
