Spain's conservative leader makes second attempt to form government

Spanish lawmakers are voting for second time the investiture's bid of conservative candidate Alberto Nunez Feijoo in a session at Congress of Deputies. Feijoo only needs to win the vote by a simple majority to become the new Prime Minister after he did not achieve enough support in first vote, held two days ago, when he needed an absolute majority.
