Spain's conservative leader makes second attempt to form government

Feijoo only needs to win the vote by a simple majority to become the new Prime Minister after he did not achieve enough support in first vote, held two days ago, when he needed an absolute majority. In case he losses the vote, acting Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is expected to be assigned by king to try to form a new Government and will have two months to get support of enough lawmakers to avoid a new general election.
