Archbishop and Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I visits Hungary

epa10880757 Archbishop and Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I leads an Orthodox liturgy in the Church of Saint Martin of Tours in the Archabbey of Pannonhalma near the town of Pannonhalma, northwestern Hungary, 24 September 2023. Invited by the clergy of the medieval Benedictine monastery, the Orthodox patriarch stays on a six-day visit in Hungary from 20 September with a focus on fostering ecumenical dialogue between Christian Churches.
