MLD Entertainment will debut another Filipino boy band named New:ID, with five other members who were popular from the same audition program that resulted in boy band Hori7on.
New:ID will debut by the end of the year with members Thad, Wilson, Jom, Josh L. and Macky, the agency said Monday. The debut date has not been set yet.
The members were contestants in audition program "Dream Maker," launched together by Korean agency MLD Entertainment and Filipino media company ABS-CBN and aired from November to February.
Hori7on made its debut in Korea last July with full-length album "Friend-SHIP."
MLD Entertainment is currently home to boy band TFN and girl group Lapillus and managed girl group Momoland until members' contracts ended earlier this year.
