Le Sserafim concluded its Japanese tour this week.
“2023 Le Sserafim Tour ‘Flame Rises’ in Japan” saw the girl group tour three cities for a total of six performances: Nagoya on Aug. 23 and 24, Tokyo on Aug. 30 and 31 and Osaka on Wednesday and Thursday.
A total of 60,000 fans were in attendance as all tickets were sold out.
The group performed its hit songs “Fearless” (2022), “Antifragile” (2022) and “Unforgiven” in Japanese while showcasing its Japanese song “Choices” live for the first time.
Le Sserafim will continue to tour in other Asian cities — Hong Kong on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, Jakarta on Oct. 3 and Bangkok on Oct. 7 and 8.
Meanwhile, the group’s second Japanese single “Unforgiven” was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). The album saw accumulated shipments of over 250,000 as of August.
The RIAJ gives gold when an album racks up shipments of over 100,000, platinum for over 250,000, double platinum for over 500,000, triple platinum for over 750,000 and million for over 1 million.
It is Le Sserafim’s second platinum status, following its debut Japanese single “Fearless.” The single is now double platinum.
