SM Entertainment announced the lineup of seven members for NCT's newest subunit.
The members are Sion, Yushi, Riku, Sakuya, Daeyoung, Jungmin and Ryo.
Tentatively called NCT New Team, the members of the upcoming boy band, excluding Sion and Yushi, have been competing in ENA's competition show "NCT Universe: Lastart" in July.
The finalized members are set to perform at the Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka on the weekend, then at the Ajinomoto Stadium in Toyko on Sept. 16 to 17 as part of NCT's stadium tour.
NCT New Team will also proceed to perform in 10 cities in Japan 28 times, starting at the Line Cube Shibuya, or Shibuya Public Hall, in Tokyo on Oct. 8 and 9.
NCT has 20 members and is divided into multiple subunits, including NCT 127, NCT Dream and WayV.
NCT New Team is set to debut this year as NCT's "last chapter," according to the agency. The official name will also be announced at a later date.
