Women-led company produces sanitary pads made up of fabric in Kabul

The women-led company, established by Arzoo Osmani in 2021, aims to support poor women and girls who were previously unemployed due to restrictions imposed by the Islamic Emirate. Alongside producing sanitary pads, the company conducts awareness programs on hygiene and provides education on menstrual health. However, the company faces challenges in sourcing raw materials and expanding its operations due to economic problems and lack of support.
