The 'Sign on the Shield' exhibition was opened in the Ukrainian capital and organized inextricably with the nationwide project 'Trident of the Motherland' when the old Soviet symbol on the shield of the Motherland monument was replaced by the Trident, the Ukrainian state symbol. The exposition shows the most interesting facts from the history of the Trident and focuses attention on the most important stages of its formation as a state emblem.
