Xodiac will drop a new single “Lemonade” on Sept. 5, its agency One Cool Jacso Entertainment said Friday.
The yellow-and-black teaser image released Friday, in line with the theme of the upcoming single, announced that the boy band will drop photo teasers starting Tuesday, followed by a music video teaser on Sept. 4, a day before the music video drops on Sept. 5.
Seven out of the nine members will participate in “Lemonade” according to the teaser image. Xodiac aims to run under a flexible structure where members participate in different songs based on their talents.
The nine-member band debuted in April with its digital single “Throw A Dice.” The band was known as OCJ Newbies during its trainee period. There are six Korean members — Hyunsik, Lex, Beomsoo, Wain, Gyumin and Davin — two members from Hong Kong — Sing and Leo — and one member from Indonesia, Zayyan. Xodiac released its first EP “Throw A Dice” in June.
OCJ is short for One Cool Jacso Entertainment, a Hong Kong-based entertainment agency founded by actor Louis Koo. Girl group Skyle, consisting of Korean and Chinese members, is currently under the agency.
