Rock band CNBLUE will hold concerts in Korea in October for the first time in six years, the band’s agency FNC Entertainment said Friday.

Titled “CNBLUENTITY,” the boy band’s concert will be held at the Olympic Hall in Songpa District, southern Seoul, on Oct. 7 and 8, six years after the boy band last held its concert “Between Us” in Korea in 2017. It will also be the first time for the boy band to hold a concert in Korea with three members.

Tickets to the concert will be sold first to the fan club members on Wednesday, followed by general ticket sales on Sept. 1.

CNBLUE debuted as a four-member rock band in 2010 with its first EP “Bluetory,” rising to fame with the lead track “Loner.” Before its album release in Korea, the quartet released indie albums in Japan.

Former member Lee Jong-hyun left the band in 2019 following allegations of his involvement in the Burning Sun scandal and sending inappropriate messages on Instagram. CNBLUE restructured itself as a three-member band and dropped its 8th EP “Re-Code” (2020), 9th EP “Wanted” (2021) and Japanese singles in 2021 and 2022.
