Singer-songwriter IU will hold a concert to celebrate her 15th debut anniversary in September, her agency EDAM Entertainment said Tuesday.
Titled “I+UN1VER5E,” the concert will be held at the KSPO Dome in Songpa District, southern Seoul on Sept. 23 and 24.
The title refers to IU and Uaena, her official fan club, and the time they've spent together in the fandom universe, according to the agency. Letters I and S, replaced by 1 and 5, refer to the 15 years the singer has spent with her fans since her debut in 2008.
Tickets will be sold first to members of the fan club on Sept. 4, followed by a general ticket sale on Sept. 6.
Ticket prices will range from 99,000 won ($74) to 77,000 won depending on the seating. Fan club members will be able to receive a 10,000 won discount.
IU held “The Golden Hour” concert at the Olympic Stadium in southern Seoul in September last year, making her the first female Korean artist to perform at the arena. The concert attracted some 44,000 fans each of the two nights.
