The European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) said Wednesday that it named a new president, Stefan Ernst.
Ernst, a German, will succeed incumbent president Christoph Heider starting October 1. Heider served in the role for the past 10 years.
Ernst currently serves as chief operation officer at Zabel+Partners Architects, a Seoul-based architecture company, and has 28 years of experience in marketing and management roles at companies including Beiersdorf and Accenture Song.
Founded in 2012, the chamber consists of 400 member companies and approximately 50,000 employees in Korea as of August.
