SM Entertainment’s upcoming boy band Riize was named the newest ambassador for Musinsa, the fashion e-commerce company said Wednesday.
The band will appear in an online showcase event on the Musinsa app next Monday and will continue to promote the company through photoshoots and videos.
Musinsa is set to reveal the seven members’ daily outfit choices on Musinsa Snap, which is the app’s community service that allows anyone to post photos of what they are wearing and provide styling tips.
Riize will debut on Sept. 4 with its first single “Get A Guitar” which includes two songs, the title track and “Memories.”
It’s SM Entertainment’s first boy band in seven years.
The name “Riize” is a combination of the words “rise” and “realize,” with the message of “making something come true” and hoping it becomes a team “that grows together and fulfills its dreams,” the agency said.
Riize consists of Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee and Anton. Shotaro and Sungchan debuted in 2020 as members of boy band NCT.
