According to Moscow's Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, 90 percent of travelers visiting the capital now are domestic tourists, primarily from St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Tatarstan, Vladimir and the Moscow region. On average, a trip lasts 5 days and costs 37,300 rubles (370 EUR). Moscow is working on the restoration of inbound tourism from friendly countries - India, China, Iran and the Middle East.
