Girl group Le Sserafim will drop the Japanese version of its hit track “Unforgiven” on Wednesday, the group’s agency Source Music said Tuesday.
“Unforgiven (feat. Nile Rodgers, Ado) –Japanese Ver.-,” the Japanese version of the group’s lead track for its first full-length album, will act as Le Sserafim’s title track for the upcoming second Japanese single “Unforgiven,” set to drop on Aug. 23.
Japanese artist Ado will be featured in the title track in addition to Nile Rodgers, who participated in the Korean version of the track.
“Ado’s powerful vocals will blend in with the song’s message of Le Sserafim paving its own path, creating a positive synergy,” the agency said on Tuesday.
“Le Sserafim is an artist that I really like, and as a fan, it was an honor to collaborate with [the group],” Ado said.
The upcoming single will feature two other tracks, “Jewelry,” produced by Japanese singer-songwriter imase, which was prereleased on July 25, alongside the Japanese version of “Antifragile.”
