“Ransomed,” which opened in domestic theaters last Wednesday, tells the story of Min-joon and Pan-soo, each played by Ha and Ju, who go on an adventure to deliver a ransom to rescue a kidnapped diplomat.
The film has been sold not only to Asian countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and Vietnam but also to Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, India and others, according to Showbox.
