Ceramic artist Jang Jae-nyoung's solo exhibition, “Beyond Wave,” is taking place at Soluna Gallery in Jongno District, central Seoul, until Aug. 13. Jang specializes in white porcelains including vases, cups, plates and bowls. On display are 140 different ceramics from his “Wave” series, which comes in an assortment of different blue hues, and his latest “Wave Line Jar” series, which are white round jars in four different sizes each adorned with golden curves on their surface. Soluna Gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except Mondays. The exhibition is free to all. [SHIN MIN-HEE]
