Egyptian activist Patrick Zaki thanked the city of Bologna for his liberation

Egyptian researcher Patrick Georges Zaki has been pardoned by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on 19 July. Zaki, was a university student working on a masters degree in Italy who was arrested when he returned to Egypt for a family visit and sentenced to three years in prison.
