Graduation ceremony for the students of National Military Academy in Bucharest

The ceremony for 2023 includes 2,007 graduates, that of which 493 are military majors, 524 non-commissioned officers and 990 officers, with 12 percent of the graduates being women. Since 2004, Romania has been part of the NATO alliance and units of the Romanian Army have participated in combat and peacekeeping missions in Angola, Somalia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.
