YG Entertainment said that BABYMONSTER is working on the second half to make their debut in September.
In addition, BABYMONSTER's first track was predicted to become a strong hip-hop genre song following the genealogy of 2NE1 and BLACKPINK.
BABYMONSTER, meanwhile, is composed of multinational members from Korea, Thailand, and Japan, and YG is the first girl group to debut in about seven years since BLACKPINK.
