Egypt initiates a meeting to discuss resolving Sudan conflict

The fighting which broke out since 15 April between Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has already displaced over 800,000 people inside Sudan, in addition to over 220,000 refugees and refugee returnees who have left Sudan, according to the UNHCR.
