LG CNS hiring of experienced talent in generative AI, cloud

LG CNS Co. plans to expand its workforce by adding triple-digit new professionals with career experience in the areas of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud strategy, according to the company’s announcement on Tuesday.

In the generative AI sector, the company is hiring in two categories: linguistic AI and visionary AI.

For linguistic AI, LG CNS is seeking employees to perform AI modeling and engineering tasks required for developing AI orchestrators. An orchestrator is a tool or technology that creates services customized for various industries, including finance, retail and manufacturing, based on large-scale language models (LLMs) such as Open AI’s ChatGPT.

In the field of vision AI, the company is looking for personnel to develop AI algorithms for image and video analysis, which are necessary for tasks such as identifying defects in the manufacturing process or sorting goods in logistics centers.

In addition to these sectors, the company also plans to recruit consultants with expertise in cloud strategy, data and AI strategy, smart factory, financial digital transformation, supply chain management, enterprise resource planning, and smart city.

LG CNS is also seeking professionals with experience in operating PerfecTwin, a verification solution developed by the company. This parallel verification solution automatically applies real transaction data processed by the existing system to the new system, determining in real-time whether or not there are any failures.

The application deadline is 11 p.m. on Sunday, and successful applicants will be invited to the interview process. LG CNS will introduce a two-interviews-a-day process for the first time.

In addition to recruiting employees with career experience, LG CNS is also seeking global talents with master’s and doctoral degrees in five areas: AI, data, application modernization, consulting, and user experience.
