Maria itinerant doctor provides primary healthcare to areas of Kharkiv region where medical care was affected by 500 days of war

Around 400 residents live in Khotimllya village, which was retaken from Russian forces. There are no healthcare workers at the village and Maria, who is part of a team of doctors, visits the village twice a month in order to check the health of the local population and to improve access to primary healthcare. he war in Ukraine which started when Russian troops entered Ukraine in February 2022, marks on 08 July its 500th day.
