Joshua and Vernon of boy band Seventeen began hosting a four-episode summer-themed radio show on Apple Music on Thursday.
The Apple Music 1 radio show, "Summer Vacation with Joshua and Vernon of Seventeen," unveiled its first episode on Thursday at 9 a.m. and will be releasing one episode every Thursday until the end of July.
The radio show will feature Joshua and Vernon sharing their favorite tracks, talking about their memorable moments of summer and sessions to answer questions from Carats, members of Seventeen's fandom.
"Just the fact that we are launching an Apple Music radio show makes me very excited, and I want to communicate with Carats quickly. I want to deliver good energy to Carats through the Apple Music radio show," Joshua said in a press release.
"Excited to host my and Josh's Apple Music Radio Show. We plan to introduce several episodes through Apple Music radio," Vernon said.
"I think the episode 'Ice Cream & Summer Foods' will be fun," he added.
The two members talked about their past holiday experiences and dream holiday destinations, sharing songs suitable for summer on their first episode.
Seventeen and Apple first collaborated when the company opened its third retail store in Seoul. Seventeen were featured in a video used for the store's "Today at Apple," which are tech educational sessions offered to visitors at the brand's stores.
Seventeen, who set the record of the most-sold albums in K-pop with its latest release "FML," is set to kick off its "Follow" tour this month with two concerts at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro District, western Seoul, on July 21 and 22.
