Samsung Electronics unveils its new flagship store in Gangnam district

Samsung Electronics Co. has recently opened its first experimental flagship store in Gangnam, Seoul, to offer young customers more vibrant experiences. The company held a preview event on Wednesday, one day ahead of the opening of the Samsung Gangnam store. The event was attended by high-ranking officials from Samsung Electronics, including Jung Ho-jin, vice president of the device experience (DX) division. Nearly all floors in the Samsung Gangnam store, except the basement floor designed for customer services, allow visitors to experience everything Samsung. Visitors can try out the company’s latest smartphones, tablets and smartwatches. The store also has a special zone Heritage Place where the company’s previous flagship devices are on display.
