Veteran dance music trio Koyote (KYT) will return with digital single "Wish" on July 12, the trio's agency JG Star announced Tuesday.
"The upcoming track 'Wish' will be meeting the general public's standard, who's been waiting for Koyote, the group that represents summer. The song features cool and refreshing vocals of Koyote that will fight the heatwave," the agency said.
The trio is known for multiple hit summer tracks, from "Together" (2004) to "Oh My Summer" (2020) and "Go" (2022).
New profile photos of the members have also been revealed to mark the album release and the trio's 25th anniversary. The three members — Bbaekga, Shinji and Kim Jong-min — are seen in suits behind "strong blue" colored backgrounds. Strong blue is the trio's official color.
Koyote, having debuted in 1998, is one of the longest-running mixed-gender trio music groups in Korea. They are known for "Pure Love" (1998), "Sad Dream" (2002), "Sadness" (2003), "Jump, Jump, Jump" (2010) and more.
