The circulation of the new stamp amounts to 300,000 copies. The stamp sheet is made in the format of a hitch of two stamps. The drawing of the first one is the work of Maria Suslova from Kharkiv, while the second is a new peace sign inspired by the Celtic love knot and created by designers from Luxembourg Linda Boss and Runa Egilsdottir.
