Boy band The Boyz will expand its second world tour, "Zeneration," to 12 Asian cities, the band's agency IST Entertainment said Tuesday.
The Boyz will kick off the Asian leg of its world tour with performances in Japan's Nigata on May 31 and hold concerts at five more Japanese cities, including Kobe, Fukuoka and Hiroshima, until July 2.
In between, they will fly to perform in Taipei and Macau in June. They will perform in Manila, Singapore and Jakarta in July, followed by concerts in Bangkok in August.
The boy band kicked off its second world tour with a three-day performance at the KSPO Dome, located in Songpa District, southern Seoul, on May 19, 20 and 21, with concerts lasting almost four hours, performing tracks that span across the boy band's entire discography.
The Boyz will also drop its second Japanese full-length album "Delicious" on June 13.
The Boyz is an 11-member group that debuted in 2017. It consists of Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Ju Haknyeon, Sunwoo and Eric. The boy band gained popularity after winning Mnet's music competition show "Road to Kingdom" (2020). Its most recent release was EP "Be Awake" on February 20.
