Yanolja Cloud buys B2B travel solutions company Go Global Travel

Yanolja Cloud announced today that it will acquire Go Global Travel (GGT), a B2B solution business that distributes more than 1 million global travel inventories, including room sales at hotels and resorts around the world, airline tickets and local car rentals.

GGT deals with more than 10,000 travel platforms and online and offline travel agencies around the world, based on its direct contract inventory, mainly in North America and Europe, and room distribution licenses from top global brand hotel chains.

With this acquisition, Yanolja Cloud will have access to more than 1 million travel and accommodation inventory in more than 200 countries worldwide. By combining its domestic and international inventory with GGT’s global inventory, Yanolja Cloud will enhance the competitiveness of its channel management system and rapidly expand its global partnerships.
