Russian youths participate in military-patriotic games dedicated to Victory Day

More than 100 teams of Yunarmiya and military-patriotic detachments attended the 'Yunarmiya, forward! ' Games, each team consisting of seven people with age of the participants ranging between 12 and 17 years old. The games are a continuation of the Soviet military sports competitions for children and teenagers 'Zarnitsa' (since 1967) and 'Eaglet' (since 1972). Yunarmiya All-Russia National Military Patriotic Social Movement Association is a voluntary Russian youth movement that revived the good traditions of youth organizations. Since its inception in 2016, Yunarmiya has brought together more than one million children and teenagers from all over Russia, while members have access to hundreds of exciting events, the opportunity to study technique and play sports.
