Indonesian Military Chief, Admiral Yudo Margono led the ceremony for sending a rescue team to repatriate approximately 800 Indonesian citizens from the conflict-hit Sudan. Team departed using a Boeing A-7305 type 737-400 Indonesian Air Force consisting of 12 crew members, eight members of the special Air Force forces (Kopasgat), six members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) medical team, a one member of TNI's psychologist, one member of Strategic Intelligence Service (BAIS) TNI, four member of flight attendants and two staff members from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the leadership of Mission Commander Colonel Pilot Noto Casnoto.
