“Dream Concert” will be held in Japan on June 18, marking the first time the K-pop festival is being held outside Korea, announced the organizers Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association (KEPA) on Monday.
With the sub-title, “Hello, My Friends!,” “2023 Dream Concert in Japan” will feature Kim Jae-joong and Kim Jun-su of boy band JYJ, girl groups Dreamcatcher and ILY:1 and boy bands Kingdom, Aimers, Hi-Fi Un!corn, with more artists set to be announced at a later date.
The concert will be co-hosted by Yook Sung-jae from boy band BTOB, Hwon from boy band Kingdom and Yabuki Nako, a former member of the girl group IZ*ONE.
“2023 Dream Concert in Japan” will be held at the Saitama Super Arena near Tokyo, and tickets for the concert will go on sale on April 24.
The Korean leg of “Dream Concert,” planned to be held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on May 27 will feature ITZY, Oh My Girl, Nmixx, Kim Jae-hwan, Dreamcatcher and more.
