The Panama Canal applies a fifth draft restriction due to drought

The Panama Canal implements from 19 April 2023 its fifth draft restriction for this season on neopanamx ships that only pass through the Panama Canal expansion inaugurated in 2016, due to the low level of at least one of the two artificial lakes that feed the channel as a result of the country's dry season.
