Through Dec. 31: The Atrium Lounge at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul presents the Wine and Gourmet promotion, an evening of curated wines and artfully paired cuisine.

The Wine and Gourmet set features one bottle of handpicked wine and a gourmet platter of paired cuisine. A choice of sparkling, white or red wine is available, while the two-tier gourmet tray includes a variety of luxury cheeses, hams and olives on the lower tier and calamari.

The Wine and Gourmet set is served at The Atrium Lounge on the first floor of Fairmont Ambassador Seoul from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The price for two is 100,000 won ($76.90).

Through May 31:Mariposa, the modern European dining destination, presents the new "The Skyline Afternoon Tea" set.

The dessert menu features Cherry Blossom Truffles, pink blossom-colored truffles with fresh lemon curd and yogurt mousse; Marigold Montes, marigold mousse and mango crisp enveloped on each side by half-moon-shaped sugar cookies; Acacia Churros, filled with fromage blanc and coconut flakes; Magnolia Rolls, made with white chocolate whipped cream rolled into soft sponge sheets; Orange Rose Mousse Cake, layers of rich dark chocolate mousse carefully crafted to evoke the petals of an orange rose; and soft Cranberry Scones and Classic Scones.

The dessert selection is complemented by a menu of savory items including Tomato Bites, burrata cheese, tomato gel and mini basil sculpted into cherry tomato shapes; Spring Herb & Salon Crêpes, filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese and caviar; Honeycomb Éclairs, made with honey, parsnips and tuiles; and Lobster Rolls, mini black buns filled with lobster and lemon curd.

Guests taking afternoon tea for two are offered one cup or glass of a choice of tea or coffee and another glass of seasonal cocktail or mocktail. This season’s cocktail is the Blooming Tonic, mixed from grapefruit syrup and tonic water to produce a beautiful cherry blossom color, while the Capri Sun, a sweet blend of cranberry cordial, orange juice and grapefruit syrup, and the Coco Pina, a fragrant mixture of pineapple and orange juices and coconut syrup, present ideal mocktail options.

The tea set is available by advance reservation. The set is priced at 75,000 won per person, with wine or champagne available for a supplementary charge.

Through May 31:M29, the hotel's rooftop bar, celebrates the spring blossom season with a trio of cocktails based on the subtle pink hue of Mirabeau Rose Dry Gin and infused with seasonal aromas, through May 31.

This season’s Cherry Blossom Cocktail Promotion features the Rose Blooming, a richly-colored creation mixed from homemade floral bitters on a base of Mirabeau Rose Dry Gin; the Provence in Yeouido, an effervescent blend of Mirabeau Dry Gin, fresh citron and cherry blossom soda; and the Maison Mirabeau, made with Mirabeau Rose Dry Gin, Vermouth and aloe liqueur to deliver citrusy yet full-bodied aromas.

M29 is open from 5:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and seasonal cocktails are priced from 29,000 won.

Announcement:From London to Havana, New Orleans to Hong Kong, the revamped cocktail menu at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul’s speakeasy bar, Charles H., is an adventure through four unique cities. The ultimate in effortless travel, bon vivant guests get an immersive cultural experience of each destination through creative cocktails and innovative bar snacks.

The reimagined menu is a visionary collaboration between Head Bartender, Odd Strandbakken, and Beverage Creative Director, Alyssa Heidt. The dynamic duo has crafted twenty distinct cocktails inspired by the world travels of Charles H. Baker Jr.

“We’re thrilled to take our guests on an adventurous journey through four memorable cities,” comments Odd. “Like the man himself, Charles H. has always been about a bygone era of sophistication and glamour as well as discovering the world anew. Our latest menu is about exploring different tastes, cultures and experiences — and sharing the stories along the way.

Alongside each artful cocktail, the new menu includes delightful bar bites from each city. Try dynamite rolls with spicy sauce in Havana; pork dumplings and homemade Hanwoo jerk in Hong Kong; lobster rolls in New Orleans and fish and chips in London.

Announcement: The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul launched a new room package, "Timeless Beauty" in collaboration with LG Household & Health Care Ltd., The History of Whoo. Inspired by the timeless beauty of Korea’s Empresses, the offer — available from April 1, for just 100 rooms — includes a 40-minute Whoo Hwanyu spa facial alongside springtime palace tours, Korean sauna access, daily breakfast, and more.

At OUL, the hotel’s contemporary late-night bar, guests can toast to good health with a vibrant menu of two spring cocktails and one mocktail, showcasing traditional anti-aging and Korean ingredients. From the herbal notes of hand-crafted Korean vermouth in Royal Spritz, to the delicate ginseng, perilla and pine-needle craft gin in Whoo’s Club and the sparkling sweet and sour botanicals in the bright Wolfberry Mojito mocktail, each is an artful fusion of traditional ingredients and innovative modern mixology. JW Marriott Seoul

Announcement: Buffet restaurant Flavors at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul invites Chef Martín Carrasco, a star chef at Sheraton Hotel Tung Chung.

Renowned Spanish chef Martín, whose career encompasses several Michelin-starred restaurants, will share flavors of his native country crafted from premium Spanish ingredients with diners at Flavors from through April 26, with menu highlights including Galician-style Octopus, Seafood Paella, and Catalonian-style Crème Brûlée.

For one day only, on April 20, Chef Martín will host a special cooking class where participants learn to cook three classic Spanish dishes.

Meanwhile, Chinese restaurant FEI at Seoul Dragon City is serving a special menu by Guangdong-style dim sum specialist Chef Luo Tao-sheng. The Chun Menu features an appetizer course of three dim sum recommended by Chef Lou, followed by Black Pork Tangsuyuk, while the Hua Menu features Hanwoo Beef Tenderloin Babao Lajiao, and Prawns in Tomato Sauce. Restaurant 8 at Grand Hyatt Incheon presents the Taste of Singapore promotion from April 5 to 16. Chefs from Straits Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Singapore will serve an à la carte menu of dishes including Chili Crab, Steamed Fish and Laksa, also available as a buffet at weekends.

Through June 25:Granum Dining Lounge at Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul is running the Granum Brunch to Vietnam promotion, a Vietnamese-style brunch buffet, until June 25, featuring highlights including Prawn Rolls, Eel Rolls, Lemongrass Chicken Báhn Mì, and Vietnamese-style beverages. Oak Restaurant at Oakwood Premier Coex Center is serving three Singapore dishes — Char Siu over Rice, Singapore Prawn Noodles, and Chicken Rice — as part of the promotion The Story of Food #Singapore, while Greets restaurant at Glad Yeouido is running the Tasty Hokkaido promotion until May 31.
