Girl group Dreamcatcher will hold a fan meet and greet titled “Reason Boutique: from InSomnia” on May 5, announced its agency Dreamcatcher Company on Monday.
As it is the first fan meet and greet held in three years, the girl group will feature special performances and host different events on stage, according to the agency.
Tickets for the fan meet will open first to the fans with Insomnia fan club memberships, on April 17, and then to the general public a day after.
Dreamcatcher is set to release a new album in May, which will complete its “Apocalypse” saga that started with “Save us” (2022), the group’s second full-length album.
The seven-member girl group debuted in 2017 with a dark-fantasy dystopia theme unique in K-pop, garnering a loyal fandom, especially outside of Korea. The girl group has been gaining popularity locally with its recent releases, scoring its first No. 1 on a music show with “Maison” last year on MBC M's "Show! Champion."
The group has seven members: JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami and Gahyeon. It has released songs like “Chase Me” (2017), “Full Moon” (2018), “Over the Sky” (2019), “Scream” (2020), “Odd Eye” (2021) and “Maison” (2022).
All seven members of the girl group renewed their exclusive contracts with the agency in 2022.
