A court dismissed the suit filed by the daughter of former Justice Minister Cho Kuk on the cancellation of her admission to a graduate medical school.
Cho Min's litigation against Pusan National University's (PNU) decision to revoke her admission to graduate medical school was dismissed by the Busan District Court on Thursday.
Cho, who entered PNU's medical school in 2015, filed the suit when the university rescinded her admission in April last year.
Based on the admission guideline that said an admission is cancelled if fabricated application documents are submitted, PNU cancelled her admission when a court ruled that Cho's mother had in fact forged documents and obstructed the admission process.
