Girl group Apink will embark on its Asian mini concert tour “Pink Drive,” visiting Japan, Hong Kong and Taipei in March and April, announced the agency IST Entertainment on Thursday.
The group will perform in Tokyo on March 17, Osaka on March 19, Hong Kong on March 26, Taipei on April 1 and Seoul on April 15 and 16. The Seoul concerts will take place in Olympic Hall in Songpa district, Southern Seoul.
The title of the tour, "Pink Drive," is in line with the girl group's past concert names, "Pink Paradise" (2015), "Pink Island" (2015), "Pink Space" (2018) and "Welcome to Pink World" (2020).
Apink debuted as a seven-member girl group in 2011 but are better known as a six-member group after Hong Yoo-kyung left the group in 2013. Currently, the band consists of five members, Park Cho-rong, Yoon Bo-mi, Jeong Eun-ji, Kim Nam-joo and Oh Ha-young, after the departure of Son Na-eun in 2022. It is best known for hits “NoNoNo” (2013), “Mr. Chu” (2014), “LUV’ (2014) and “Dumhdurum” (2020).
“Pink Drive” will be the girl group’s first tour overseas since before the Covid-19 pandemic and its first tour as a five-member group.
