YG Entertainment revealed Ruka, the final member of its upcoming seven-member girl group BabyMonster, on the agency’s YouTube channel on Monday.
The 20-year-old Japanese trainee showcased her rap skills by covering “Feel Good (Feat. G-Eazy)” (2018) and “Gwola (Feat. Kid Ink & Maino)” (2014).
YG Entertainment also revealed that Ruka had been a trainee for five years, the longest among all BabyMonster members.
All seven members of BabyMonster have now been revealed, with three Korean members, Ahyeon, Haram and Rora, two members from Thailand, Chiquita and Pharita, and two members from Japan, Asa and Ruka.
The band’s official YouTube channel has already garnered over 700,000 subscribers as of Monday.
