“J-Hope in the Box,” a music documentary about J-Hope’s first full-length album “Jack In The Box” (2022) will be available to stream on Disney+ and Weverse on Feb. 27, the former said on Friday.
A teaser poster released Friday features J-Hope jumping in front of a blue checkered background.
The music documentary will show the 200 days of J-Hope’s album-making process, including behind-the-scenes videos of J-Hope working on the B-side tracks of the album, a peek at the listening party that J-Hope hosted a day before the launch of the album, and footage of J-Hope performing at the Lollapalooza festival as a headliner.
Lollapalooza is the annual four-day music festival held in Chicago’s Grand Park. In 2022, J-Hope became the first Korean artist to take to the main stage in the music festival's history.
J-Hope dropped his first solo album “Jack In The Box” on July 15, becoming the first BTS member to release solo music after the boy band announced a hiatus on group activities the previous month. The release topped the iTunes Top Albums charts in 49 nations immediately after its release.
