Korean car parts company Hyundai Mobis Co. is targeting a 10 percent increase in orders from multinational car manufacturers this year, the company’s Chief Executive Officer Sung Hwan Cho said.

His remarks came from a CEO town hall meeting attended by about 200 executives and employees at the company’s research center in Gyeonggi Province on Tuesday.

During the meeting, which was held for the first time since the pandemic, the company unveiled a new brand identity with the slogan “The One for all Mobility” under the New Mobis vision to become a mobility company that provides a software-oriented integrated platform.

Cho said that Hyundai Mobis will win 10 percent more customer orders for key parts this year, while securing capacity to scale new businesses such as urban air mobility (UAM) and robotics.

Touching on organizational management and talent recruitment, Cho said he will actively support talent development and growth through diversification of recruitment strategies and rational system operation. He also vowed to improve the way employees work by implementing a hybrid working model and strengthening communication and collaboration.
