The Doudou et Companie group, specializing in the manufacture of plush toys since 1999, has begun producing the phrygians, the mascots of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in January 2023. The design of the mascot is inspired by the Phrygian, a cap used during the French revolution. The group is looking to increase the number of seamstresses, from 23 to 50, in order to face the challenges of craft manufacturing, which aims to make more than 500 plush toys per day in full production.
