Anarchist bakery in Montreuil struggles with inflation

Inspired by Pierre Kropotkin's book The Conquest of Bread, the bakery is open since 2010. They proclaim a management without hierarchies, where all the employees have the same salary, they give the unsold goods every evening at closing time and they have introduced the suspended bread, a customer pays the baguette for a person who cannot afford it. Since February 2022, they find difficulties, less customers, increase of the price of electricity and also the prices of the premium materials, some products like butter have doubled the price.
