Boy band Treasure’s pop-up store in Tokyo attracted more than 20,000 visitors, according to YG Entertainment.

The “Treasure Japan Arena Tour 2022-23 ~Hello~ Popup Store” opened at the Laforet department store in Harajuku, Tokyo on Dec. 26 last year to celebrate Treasure’s first arena tour in Japan.

Treasure opened pop-up stores in each city it has performed in — Sapporo, Fukui, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Osaka. The Harajuku location is the final one and will close on Jan. 9.

Although the tour concluded on Jan. 4, the store is still attracting Treasure’s fans dubbed Treasure Makers, according to the boy band’s agency YG. The number of total visitors surpassed 20,000 on Thursday.

The pop-ups offer limited-edition merchandise themed after Treasure’s Japan tour and also have photo zones and music video screenings.

Treasure has performed 24 concerts in seven major Japanese cities, entertaining 210,000 fans in total. The band will hold a special concert at the Kyocera Dome Osaka on Jan 28. and 29, then proceed to tour other Asian cities, starting with Taipei from March.

Treasure debuted in August 2020 with the song "Boy." The band was formed through audition show "YG Treasure Box," which was broadcast by JTBC in collaboration with K-pop powerhouse YG Entertainment in 2019. The boy band currently consists of 10 members: Choi Hyunsuk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jaehyuk, Asahi, Haruto, Doyoung, Park Jeongwoo, and So Junghwan.
