Jisoo of girl group Blackpink will be the last of the quartet to drop a solo track, the singer’s agency YG Entertainment said Monday.
“Jisoo is getting prepped for her solo debut,” the agency said in a statement. “She will be the last piece of the puzzle, following members Jennie, Rose and Lisa’s solo projects.”
According to the agency, Jisoo has been preparing for her solo debut in between her busy schedule and the world tour that the band embarked on last October.
She has finished shooting the photos for the release and has started recording the music, YG Entertainment said.
Blackpink started its world tour last October and has performed in the United States and Europe so far. The band will start its Asian leg of the tour this year.
