Software developer training programs run by tech firms in South Korea have proved to be the best incubating center for future software engineers.

Of all students who have completed a six-month KT’s AIVLE School for training experts in software development in the first half of 2022, 80 percent succeeded in getting jobs. The success rate of landing a job matches that of computer engineering students graduated from Seoul National University, the top school in Korea. The school’s graduates recorded 86 percent in 2020.

Other software engineer training programs run by tech giants, including Samsung Electronics and SAP, are equally successful in training job seekers as professional programmers.
